Cameron came to me with a plan! He wanted to propose and he also wanted me to capture the whole thing on camera and I say heck yeah! He told me Sarah loved pumpkins and he was set on finding a pumpkin patch as their location, but it was already November and the pumpkins were being removed, so we set our session while they were still out I the field at Rutland Farms.
The sun was still high in the sky when we arrived because the farm would close before our ideal time, but when they left, they didn’t care that we were there, so we got some perfect sunset pictures at the end! Sarah was totally unsuspecting, which made our plotting and the proposal that much sweeter to see.
We did the final arrangements on their break for an outfit change, it is very important to communicate clearly with your photographer if you are having your proposal photographed so that we know where to stand, what lens to use and how things will play out so we can capture the best possible angles of it! I absolutely love how unique her engagement ring is and you can see the surprise, happiness and love in their faces as it all unfolds, I love this session and I hope you guys do too! They’re soon to be Mr & Mrs on November 4th, they’re getting married in Memphis, TN and I wish them both many years of love and a joyful life together!
Isn't this the sweetest thing?
